The London Bimber Distillery was established by whiskey lovers, with the aim of producing a quality single malt with character, using traditional production methods, which nowadays are seen less and less. The first Bimber Distillery whiskey was first launched in September 2019 - a limited edition of 1000 manually numbered bottles. All the bottles were sold in less than 3 hours, which made the distillery and the Bimber brand a highly sought-after product among whiskey lovers on the one hand and collectors on the other.
