A fantastically full bodied Balblair, which has seen a quarter of a century of ageing. The Highlander was initially matured in American oak bourbon casks, before it was then transferred for a second ageing period in Spanish oak butts. The single malt was finally bottled at the age of 25 years at 46% ABV, sporting all those delicious characteristic Balblair notes of orange and apricot. ~ Master of Malt
